Please, meet Tomsk! (Advices to a friend)

Dear friends!

You have chosen Tomsk for education. You are going to live in our old town for several years. So, you will become native citizens of Tomsk. We want to make unknown city and country understand for you.That textbook is based on our work with your predecessors. Five students from Ethiopia, Iran, Ecuador, Qazaqstan, Indonesia are a members of the project «Tomsk. View from the other side of Earth». They have shared their experience, gave advices. We have collected in that textbook. You already have known the most important information about successful education and safe living. However your life will be full of different moments outside the university campus.
